If there is any deviation from specification or defects in manufacturing, Wolfe will accept products for a refund or replacement at our discretion. Products damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge.

With any warranty enquiry we kindly ask that you provide a comprehensive detailed account of the specific issues. Please also include any imagery to further explain the issue/problem. We also require a copy of the original invoice/order number.

Return the goods at your earliest convenience to our Wolfe Returns address following the returns procedure here.

Once the goods are received by our team, we will make an assessment as to which course of action we will take. We will contact you directly to explain the process and look to rectify the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please be aware that under warranty repairs may take up to 6-8 weeks and fees vary dependant on the specific repair required.
